The Idea of venturing into SWAK FOODS came to him during the
lock down, when he himself was locked away from his family and home town for almost 2 months.
That’s where he realized the necessity of having an easy to

An MBA from UK he is an entrepreneur 20+ years’ experience of running a successful business, Ashutosh decided to venture into creating his own food brand.

How to use these Gravies?
Using SWAK Gravy is very easy. Just add the SWAK Gravy to any of you favorite veggies or meat. Add water if you like. Heat and stir for 5 mins and your delicious meal is ready
How many people does 1 pack serve?
1 pack of 150 grams will last for 5 to 6 servings
Are these gravies for veg recipes or non veg recipes?
Swak Gravys can be used for both veg recipes as well as non veg recipes.
You can enjoy any food of your preferences
Does it have harmful preservatives?
SWAK does not use any kind of preservatives to make their products.
Do I have to refrigerate the product?
Our unopened pack will last for 10 months without refrigeration.
However, once opened it is preferred that you refrigerate it.
Please use the pack immediately after opening.
Do I need to add oil for cooking?
We have already used oil content while making the gravy. So there is no use to add oil.
However, depending on your taste and preferences, you may use a bit extra oil or salt
