Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders received on or before 11.00 am India time will be shipped within 3 business days, excluding holidays.

All orders received after 11.00 am India time will be shipped within 4 business days, excluding holidays.

All orders placed on holidays, weekends, or other holidays recognized by www.swakfoods.com will be shipped within 4 business days.

Delays in shipment may happen in rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.).

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We have partnered with reputed courier services. 

Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. The customer is expected to receive the package. If the customer is not available, the package shall be left at the destination address at the discretion of the courier service provider.

Coupon Code:

SWAK FOODS shall launch coupon scheme discounts from time to time. The validity and usage limit of the coupon might vary. These coupons are valid for the Indian consumer only. Discount does not apply to shipping and handling or tax. 

The validity and usage of the coupons are on discretion of SWAK FOODS

RETURN COST

Please refer our return policy to understand what circumstances can you return our products.

Return cost will be borne by the customer. 

The shipping cost will not be returned. 

SHIPPING COST

The Shipping costs for domestic standard service is Rs 30 per 150 gms of packaged product*

*Any special handling costs will be reflected at checkout.
