Return and Refund Policy
Return:-
Return is a facility provided to the customer, under this policy the option of replacement, exchange, or refund is offered.
All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return policy.
Do refer General return policy as well as the respective item’s applicable return policy as given below.
Please read all categories carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.
General return policy:-
- If the customer received products in a condition that is physically damaged.
- The product supplied is different from the product ordered.
- If you’ve received a product in a damaged condition, we will provide a replacement, subject to contact us within 3 days from the product delivery & proof of unboxing video of packet/carton.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
NOTE :- CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE BUT NOT REFUNDABLE.
Return/replacement/refund/exchange request will be processed after determination of the following :-
- The product was not damaged while in your possession.
- The product is not different from what was shipped to customer.
- The product is returned in new/original condition with unsoiled packing box and all the accessories therein.
- The proof of purchase or receipt/invoice of the product.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or fact of the product before issuing refund/replacement or exchange.
Refund:-
- Complete refund shall be provided if order is not dispatched within 10 working days.
- Complete refund shall be provided if order is cancelled due to unavailability of product(s).
- Refund will be issued to the same account by which payment was done at the time of purchase.
If you have not received the refund, please contact your debit/credit issuer or your bank for more information. - Service charges(1.75%) plus service tax(18%)on service charges = total 2.07 % will be deducted from refund.
